About your facilitator

Ceri Ford is a clinical nutritionist and coach with additional postgraduate training in mental health and neuroscience.

Her work integrates biological, psychological and lifestyle approaches to help women regulate their nervous systems, rebuild self trust and create sustainable wellbeing.

As a mother with ADHD, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience to this work… and maybe a little bit of chaos.
